Subscription and Refund Policy — PatentSonar

1. Try before you pay. Anyone may request the current issue free of charge before subscribing. We would rather you decide with the product in hand.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee, every plan. Whether you chose a monthly or an annual plan, your first charge is refundable in full if you ask within 30 days of the order completion date. No questions asked.

3. Monthly plans after the first 30 days. Cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. Charges for months already delivered are not refunded.

4. Annual plans after the first 30 days. You may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused full months, minus one month, or convert the unused balance into additional Reader seats or a longer term. Any founding-member or annual-prepay discount is applied proportionally when calculating the refund.

5. Enterprise contracts. Governed by the Order Form; refunds are not available for convenience during a committed term, but the delivery commitment in Section 6 applies.

6. Delivery commitment. If we deliver fewer than 45 weekly issues in a 12-month paid period, you may request a pro-rata credit or refund for the shortfall.

7. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

8. How to ask. Email billing@patentsonar.com from the billing contact's address, call +55 32 93618-2698, or use the "Contact seller" link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days; Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) also apply. Taxes charged on the refunded amount are refunded with it.

9. Consumers. The Service is offered to businesses. If you nevertheless qualify as a consumer under the law of your country, your statutory rights (for example the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU and UK, or the 7-day right under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code) apply in addition to this policy and are never reduced by it.
